Another good dish for a busy night. Easy to make and less dishes to wash! Basically the grill eel came ready cooked on a bed of different kinds of vegi. All is boiled in the dashi soup and finally just before serving, I cracked an egg on top!!

This is something I will make on a busy night. It is dead easy, however, it will be better if it is made with skin-on thigh fillet

Here is the bird sticking out from my chicken pie!! I'm not so sure if you use it that way... but I really like it so, it sits in my pie!

Here is my new Chicken Pie n I really like the bird so I bought it and put it in the pie eventhough I'm not so sure what it does nor do I use it that way... but I really like that little black bird!

Do you think we have enough food here? A mixture of sashimi, oden n shabu shabu... good for the cold winter night!

I always look odan!! I've even packed some for lunch tomorrow!

Look at the uni!! It was a big plate and here shows only 30% left...
