This what Ian made tonight (Monday night!! ) And this is NOT my plate... it is his! Look at the steak on the bed of spinch!! yummmy... I guess Scotch fillet is always a good buy!

The Different Fork
Married since Dec 2003, I'm trying hard to learn to art of cooking. To document this journey of learning how to cook, I've decided to put my dinner in the blog... But why "The Different Fork"? Well, hubby came home one day with a fork in his lunchbox that was clearly not from our cutlery collection. And I use that fork often during cooking....
