Ocean Trout sushi
Didn't take a photo of them... oops. Basically they are ocean trout rolled with seaweed sheets like you would make with sushi except without the rice. Then I fried these "sushi" pieces and served them with rice.... em... pretty nice as a quick dinner! (from "Food, Buy it fresh, cook it simply, eat it now")
The Afternoon Tea

I have invited my auntie and mum for afternoon tea at my place and I've made a lot of sweet things:
1) Bread sticks (at the back, they are actually left over dough from the pizza that I've made last night
2) sesame snaps (on the top tier)
3) Rock cakes - with ginger powder and dried fruits
4) Chocolate coated banana pieces with strawberries (in the silver bowl)
5) Scones (on the cake stand) and home made strawberry jam (still in fridge)
6) Also Mango suffle (but still in fridge when I took this photo).
It was great fun making all these sweet little things!
And I have used my precious bone china tea set (thanks to my in-laws, the tea set is a gift from her!)

Dinner at Koko

you can't go wrong with food at Koko... oh yes, I did give away my flower pot bread to Auntie and Uncle, my in-laws and to my parents. We have just one left for ourselves... I guess that's enough for the two of us!

Flower Pot Bread 1

Didn't get the chance to take a photo of Ian's famous seak since we were so hungry that we finished them in split seconds. However, I did managed to take photos of the Jamie Oliver's flower pot bread.... it has stuff like cheese, sun dried tomao etc... this photo is the dough as resting and expanding into a big big dough!

Beef balls in soup with jap noodles

Beef balls in soup with jap noodles! I have included some yummy spinch, bean sproat, mushroom and carrot slices... I would like to make my own beef broth, if I have the time to do so! It is a very very easy recipie which uses mostly fresh ingredients. It is from the book Food, Buy it Fresh, Cook it simply, Eat it Now!

But..... We were so carried away by our converstaion that I've forgotten to take photo of our food... I only managed to take a photo of the half-finished Apple Crumble.... em... 5 course dinner... (if you include Tea/Coffee, it would have been a 6 course dinner... em...)

The Three Cups Chicken

Yup this is it! The famous Chinese Three Cups Chicken... except I have modified the ingredient abit after being horrified by the fact the one of the Three Cups is 1 Cup of oil... Can't have 1 cup of oil... and there is no vegie in the recepie as well... so I added some oyster mushroom and baby... heehee, I guess it now looks so different from the original recipie!
