BBQ spare ribs and lamb chops... I cheated, didn't really make the spare ribs, bought them already marinated from Leo's (a very cool supermarket at Kew junction).. It was really yum...
This is called "Ants climbing up trees"... It is actually minced pork with the vermicelle (is the spelling right?) Haahaa, of course, the parsley is from the garden!!
